The Information of Ann Hayes< no role > and Patrick Mc Manus< no role >
taken before me this 7th. day of November 1781

Who being on Oath say, and first the said Ann Hayes< no role > says
that on Saturday Evening the 6th. day of October last a Trunk containing
a Pocket Booktwo Bank Notesone of £50the other of £10a Draft for 50£
and a Note of Hand for £20a Purse containing eight Guineas and sound
silversix pair of white stockingstwo pair of shift Sleevesa new book
Muslin Apron flounced, four plain Apronssix Muslin Handkerchiefs
a Lawn Handkerchief and other Wearing Apparel this Deponents
property were feloniously stolen from the House of James Turner< no role > in Eyre
Street Cold Bathfields, where this Deponent at that time lodged
Says that She is very sure that a new book Muslin Apron flounced and a
Lawn Handkerchief now produced by the said Patrick Mc. Manus are the
same Articles that were stolen from her as aforesaidAnd the said Patrick
Mc. Manus for himself says that he searched the Lodgings of two persons
now present who call themselves Ann Moore< no role > otherwise Petty and Mary
Brewer
< no role > in Eyre Street Cold Bath Fields , on Friday the second of Novemr
instant, and found therein the said Book Muslin Apron and Handkerchief
at which time both the said Women were presentAnd the said Ann
Hayes
< no role > further saysthat She is very sure the said Ann Moore< no role > otherwise Petty
and Mary Brewer< no role > were both in the house of the said James Turner< no role > at
the time her said Trunk was stolen away
