he was soon brought back by the Watchman [..] and
this deponent is sure the prisoner now present in the Man
that got out of the one pair of Stairs Window,

And Ruth Baxtor for herself saith that the above Account
[..] given by her Sister is true and that she in positive
the prisoner in the Man that yet out of the one pair of Stairs Window
and got down the Lamp Iron

And Caroline Caulfield< no role > for herself saith that last Night
she went to Bed about half past Eleven o' Clock and then
both saith Windows the frist of the House were street down,
about one O Clock she heard an uncommon Noys the Cry of Thieves,
this deponent look out of the Bed room Window but
could not see any thing soon after a Watchman came up
Stairs and gave him the Key of the Dining Room Door to Unlock
and immediately put on Saml Cloths and then went into the
Dining Room and found the Birds and Bird Cayes gone
and Ralf White for himself saith that last Night between
twelve and one O' Clock he heard a Cry of Watch and Thieves
stop Thieves, Immediately he saw the prisoner run this
Deponent told him if he did not stop hed Knock him down
he Immediately stopt him and the Patrol Thomas Tonks< no role > and
William Sharp< no role > came up to his Assistance and brought him
back to Mr. Staters House, and Wm. Jackson< no role > and Mrs. Baxter
said That is the Man they saw come out of the Window
and George Bratt< no role > for himself saith that last Night
between twelve and one he saw a Man drop from the Lamp
