Who upon his Oath saith that on Sunday Night Last the
Tenth day of June Instant as he was coming home to his
Lodging at about

Stop't by several persons one of which Struck him with

the Middle of the Street and that he came back into the
same place and asked the said Persons what Reason they
had to Molest him and if he had not as much Liberty
to walk the Street as they had one of which Persons
who he hath now seen and who call himself by the Name

with a Stick by which Blow he was Cut and Wounded
and fell down he then got up and look hold of the said

Could not get it open but that they Broke half the
Door with Stones or Brick Batts and that they
Broke the Windows of the said House and then they
got in at the Door which they Broke as aforesaid
and that he got into the Kitchen of the said House
