Who being on Oath say and frist the said Thomas White< no role >
says that
last night about 8 o'CLock as he was riding in his Phacton
in
a Lane leading from the Edgware road
to Hendon
, a Person now
present who calls himself Wade Palmer< no role >
came up on horse back
bid this Informant to stop presented a Pistol at him and
demanded his Money; upon which this Informant Struck
him several times after which (on some Persons coming
up) he rode off. That this Informant caused him to be
pursued and soon after saw him in Custody at a Place
called the Hyde. And the said Moses Colerick< no role >
says
that the Bay Horse which he hath just now seen he
Yesterday let to hire to the said Wade Palmer< no role >
to go
to Kilburn.
