Who being upon Oath say, and frist the said Walter
Redford< no role >
says that between 9 & 10 o Clock last Night he was robbed
in the New Road
Grays Inn Lane
of a Silver Watch. a steel Chain and
about eight shillings in Money, by two Foot padsSays that he
doth verily believe a person now present who calls himself Joseph Wright< no role >
is one of the Footpads that robbed him of his Watch and Money
as aforesaidAnd the said John Bristow< no role >
says that as he
was standing at the Turnpike Gate
near Battle Bridge
he heard
the said Walter Redford< no role >
call out that he had been robbed and seeing
some persons pursuing the said Joseph Wright< no role >
along the New Road
he ran after him and apprehended him at the end of the New Road
near Grays Inn Lane
