before me One of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County.
Who being on her Oath Saith that in
the Night of the twenty fifth of May Instant her house
was Burglariously broke open by some Person or Persons
to this Informant unknown and that One Silver
Tankard One Silver Punch Ladle One Silver Pint Mug
Three Silver Table and nine Silver Tea Spoons. Two
Pair of Silver Salts one Silver Pepper Box One Pair
of Womens Shoes Apex Pair of round Silver Buckles
[..] One Dollar. One Linen Housewife Some
Shifts and other Wearing Apparel were feloniously
taken and Carried thereout Saith that a Silver
Dollar and a Linen Housewife now produced and
which were found upon one William Jackson< no role >
(as
Deposed to ley John Farrell< no role >
) were part of the property
Stolen from this Informant as above Set Forth and
that She verily believes the said William Jackson< no role >
to
have been Concerned in the said Burglary & Robbery
