of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of
Middlesex this 7th. Day of December
1775

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that a man who calls himself by the Name
of Joseph Spencer< no role > under a Pretence of White
Washing his Area came into isHouse
Dwelling House and did feloniously
take and carry away Two Silver Inn Spoons
Five Wet Linnen Handkerchiefs, and one Wit
Silk Hand kerchief, the Property of the
said William Ainge< no role > Esqr which were
in his Kitchen
