and proceedings he this Deponent should take therein therefore
he this Deponent did not Attend at the said Sessions house in the
Old Bailey
until the Friday Morning following when he this
Deponent Attended there before nine of the Clock in the Morning until
about two in the afternoon when he this Deponent was informed that the
said prisoner had been Discharged the preceeding evening And this
Deponent hath since been informed that his said Recognizance wa [..]
by this Honourable Court Ordered to be Estreated for not Attending
to give his Evidence against the said James Quinn< no role >
on the said
Indictment pursuant to the Condition of his said Recognizance
And this Deponent saith that he did not Neglect to Attend and give
Evidence against the said James Quinn< no role >
through any favour or
Affection for him or for any Reward or the hope or promise thereof

Gentleman on the Grand Jury there and for no other reason or motive
whatsoever therefore this Deponent humbly prays that this Honourable
Court will be pleased to Order his said Recognizance to be Discharged
Sworn at Justice Hall in the Old
