The Information of James Olding< no role > and
Jane Thompson< no role > taken before me this 6th.
day of December 1775

Who being upon Oath say and first the said James Olding for
himself says that in the Evening of the 11th. of Novr. last his Pocket
was picked in Holborn of a Pocket Book containing some Draughts
on Bankers and othe Papers and also a Handkerchief and a
Tobacco Bosatt [..] two Women had just before he missed the
said things been speaking to him and he verily believes one of the
said Women picked his Pocket as aforesaid, that a person
now present who calls herself Mary Harris< no role > was one of the said
two Women who spoke to him as aforesaid and he does verily
believe the said Mary [..] Harris< no role > stolen his said Pocket Book
and other things, and the said Jane Thompson< no role > for herself
says that on the Evening abovementioned the said Mary Harris< no role >
and this Informant spoke to the said James Olding as above
mentioned in Holborn, that after they had quitted him the
said Mary Harris< no role > told her she had got a Pocket Book from
the said James Olding and when they came to the said Mary
Harris< no role > 's Lodgings they said Mary Harris< no role > produced a Pocket Book
a Handkerchief and a Tobaco Box
