Whittingham< no role > taken before me this 4th. day of
Decemr. 1775 .

Who being upon Oath say and first and John King< no role > for
himself says that this day a piece of super fine Cloth the property
of Mr. Saml. Leach< no role > now produced was stolen out of a Cart standing
in [..] txcet of which this Informant had the Care, and the
said Thomas Whittingham< no role > for himself says that he saw a
person now present who calls himself Thomas Lewington< no role > This name instance is in set 2997. jump
off from the Said Cart with the Said Cloth and this Informant
stopt him with the Same
