Surgeon maketh Oath and saith that the said Margaret
Child< no role > is so extreamly Illthand her flesh so waisted a way
that she is reduced almost to a Skeleton and cannot possibly
be removed from the Work house of the Parish of Enfield Middlesex
where she now is without endangering her life and believes
that if she was to be attempted to be removed it would in all
Human probability be the Death of her
