severally make Oath and say and first this Deponent William

for himself saith that Thomas Harrison< no role >
and William
Jordan< no role >
both of the parish of Lambeth
aforesaid who are material
Evidence for this Deponent in the above mentioned prosecution
and Without whose Testimony this Deponent cannot prepare for
his Tryal or Safety make his Defence and the other Deponent
Edward Nunn< no role >
for himself saith that he is informed and verily
believes that the above named Thomas Harrison< no role >
and William
Jordan< no role >
are both material Evidences for the above named William
Barker< no role >
And this Deponent further saith that diligent Enquiry
hath been made after the said Thomas Harrison< no role >
and William
Jordan< no role >
but this Deponent is informed that the abovenamed
Thomas Harrison< no role >
is gone to Dover and that William Jordan< no role >
is
gone to Coventry and that neither of them as this Deponent is
informed are expected in Town so as to give their Testimony on
behalf of the abovementioned William Barker< no role >
at this present
Sessions But this Deponent is informed and verily believes that
both the said Thomas Harrison< no role >
and William Jordan< no role >
will both be
in Town so as to give Evidence at the next Ensuing Session
and the other Deponent William Barker< no role >
for himself further saith
that he humbly hopes this Honourable Court will grant him
