well Knew every Person that was then present
in the said Sr. Richard Astons Chambers And
this Deponent further maketh Oath that he
the said William Cates< no role > did personate the
said William Herring< no role > at the said Sr. Richard
Astons Chambers as Bail above in the Cause
of the said Mr. Jas. Crisp agt. the said William
Cates< no role > & that from the Information he hath since received he does
verely believe the said William Herring< no role > was not privoy or Consenting
the said William Cates< no role > 's Personating him as Bail in the
