for himself saith that he keeps asmble'd
House in Newport Market
that the Person now present
who calls himself Charles Cook< no role >
was a Lodger in his
House and on Saturday last this Informant missed
the follg things Vizt. One Pair of Boots 18 Clouts five
on Six Shirt one Shift a Neckcloth & a Dimothy
Whistcoat and saith that the One Pair of Boots two
Shirts one Neckcloth and end Shift now produced
are the Property of this Informant & are a part
of the abovementioned things stolen from him as
abovementioned
And this Informant John Turner< no role >
for himself saith
that the Pair of Boots now produced were Pawned by
the Person nowproducedpresent who calls himself
Charles Cook< no role >
at his Masters Shop the Corner of
Cumberland Court
for four Shillings
And this Informant Ralph Gibson< no role >
for himself
saith that the Shirt &now producedNeckcloth now
produced the said Charles Cook< no role >
acknowledges he
pawned with him

for himself
smith that the Shift now produced wasproduced
taken into Pawn by him on Monday last from the
person now present who calls himself Charles Cook< no role >
