Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex this 19th. Day

This Informant upon his Oath saith that
Two Men who call themselves by the Names of
Thomas Lane< no role > , and John Nelson< no role > did as he
verily believes feloniously take and carry away
one Dragons Blood Cane the Property of the
said Luke Gillam which was found upon
the said Thomas Lane
