The Information of James Taylor< no role >
taken on Oath before us two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex

Who Saith, that he this Informant in Company with
Jacob Bucker< no role > about Eight Months ago stopd a Man near
the Shepherd and Shepherdess near the City Road Islington
and took from him four Shillings; Saith that they Rob'd a
Gardner of two Shillings at Bromley Middx about three weeks afterwards
Saith that he with Jacob Bucker about five Months ago rob'd a
Man near the sign of the Worlds end at Stepney of two Shillings
Saith that the same Night he this Informt. & Jacob Bucker rob'd
a Man at the Back of the White Raven in Stepney fields of a Silver Watch & four Shillings
Saith that a few days afterwards they Stop'd a Man near New
Vaux hall and Rob'd him of four Guineas & Six Shillings
Saith that some days afterwards he this Informt. with Jacob
Bucker stopd a Man at the End of Church lane Whitechapel but
he Escaping from them he this Informt. fired a Pistol as him
loaded with Powder & Ball Saith that on the same Evening he
this Informt. with Jacob Bucker Stop'd a Man near the London
Hospital who Mile End Road , and demanded his Watch but
the Man making an Alarm & striving to get from them, he
fell down, when this Informt. fired at him, & this Informt.
beleives he wounded him in the Arm Saith that one Lawrence
Webb
< no role > complaind to this Informt. that he was in want of Money
when this Informt. replied, Larry, why dont you seek your forteen
& get a Pound or two as well as another Ladr, when Lawrence Webb
replyed to this Informt. I'll be dam'd if I dont to Night. Saith
that he this Informt. in Company with Jacob Bucker Lawrence
Webb stopd a Young Man near New Vaux hall Whitechapel
but he having no Money they let him go. Saith that the
same Evening they stopd a Man in Whitechapel Road but
he crying out was obliged to make their Escape Saith the next
Night he this Informt. with Jacob Bucker & Lawrence Webb stopd
the Postman near the half way hour Blackwell, but he
defending himself with his Bell and crying out Murder, and
People looking out of the Window, they were obliged to make their
Escape Saith that he this Informt. with Jacob Bucker & Lawrence
Webb have Stop'd several People at different times about Islington
Saith that Lawrence Webb making Complaint to his Girl that
he keeps, she told him he should not go out in that Manner for
that he would come to a bad end and she would do all she could to
him, Saith that this Girl told this Informant that if he came
to her Place again she would knock him over the head with
any thing she could get
