Who being upon Oath says that on or about the 3d. day of March
Instant hemadeexecuted a Warrant of Attorney to confess a Judgement for
£130, that Thomas Watkinson< no role > now present is the person who
desired this Informant to execute the said Warrant of Attorney
and who at the same time produced a Warrant of Attorney purporting
to be the Warrant of Attorney of Thomas Robinson< no role > to confess a
Judgement that upon the same Sheet of Paper with the said Warrant
of Attorney of Thomas Robinson was wrote a Defeasance purport [..]
that the said Warrant of Attorney was not to be put in force [..]
producedprovided the sum of eight hundred pounds was paid in the
Manner and at the Time therein mentioned
