Elizabeth Jones< no role > Widow Saith That She Attends as a
Nurse in the Foul Ward in Shoreditch Workhouse
That the Deceased and three Other Women were under
her Care there That last Wednesday three Weeks
Informant was making Milk Porridge between Breakfast
time and Dinner in her own [..] RoomThat there is
a little Entry between her Room and the Ward
That Informant heard a Noise and in a Moment heard
the Deceased Cry out she should be Murderd
That Informant went into the Ward and found the Deceased
and Holding down upon the CoalsThat the Deceased
and Holding soon afterwards both got up of themselves
The Deceased she thinks was up firstThat her
Month was very BloodyThat the Deceased Stoopd
and took up the Poker And then [..] Informant
Pointed with it to her own Cleek and her Month and
said Murder she hath Murderd meThat Informant
Called to Mrs. DoeAnd she Came and the Ann Best< no role >
the Cook of the Kitchen and Mr. Bailey Came
That she did not See Holding Strike the Deceased
That Holding fought with All the [..] Three Women
But they got her outThat Informant Bolted
the DoorThat after this Holding got to the Casement
and got herself party in at the Window But was pulled back again
by Doe the Other WitnessThat Holding would not
