thetheHouse of his the said Joseph Collins< no role > having been
broke Open on Friday Night last and a Quantity
of Goods Stolen and having some description of
the Personslikey bothwent out between Six
& Seven oClock last Night to see if they could
find any Persons lurking about who answered
the Description and at the End of Bow Street
Saint Giles He saw a person now present when
calls himself John Robinson< no role > together with another
Person lustier than him and the Lusty Man
whistled and Robinson went over to him And
this Informant went Immediately to the other
Informant Stephen Kendrick< no role > and told him that
he had seen two Persons who answered the Description
of the Persons who had Robbed him this Informant
and Kendrick went together up and down several
Streets in Order to find out the said two persons
and when they came [..] Upper part of Holborn next
Saint Giles was about Eight o Clock [..]
this Informant saw the said John Robinson &
the other Man whom he had before seen at the
End of Bow Street. the said Robinson had a
Bundle with him and this Informant and
Kendrick stopped him with the Bundle of things
now produced and above describedand the other
Man made his Escape

And this Informant Stephen Kendrick for
himself saith that he was present with the
other Informant Collins when John Robinson
the Person was Present was Stopped with the
Bundle of Things above described & what the
other Persons made his Escape and upon this
Informants searching him found an Instrument
now produced containing a knife a Saw & a picker
upon him
