Who being upon Oath say And first this Informant
for herself saith that she lives at home with
her father

in Titchfield Street
Saint Anns
So he that
[..] about Seven
Clock last Night she was left alone in her
Father House and the Street Door of the
House was Shut upon the Latchand the Parlour
Door of the House was Locked and she was
below Stairs in the Kitchen and heard the Latch
of the Street Door Open she came up Stairs
found the Street Door a little Open the Lock
of the Parlour Door Open and she saw a Man
Run out of the Parlour
andout at the Sheet
Door but this Informant was so much As sighted
that she cannot speak to the Person of the Man
and suspecting that a Thief had been in the
House she examined & found the followings
had been Stolen Vizt. a Cloth Coat a Sheet
a Linen Bed Gown an Apron & a Night Cap
and
cor Receive Book and a Pair of Spectacles
and a Black Handkerchief which said Goods
being now produced this Informant saith are
the Property of her Father & were Stolen as
aforesaid.
And this Informant Edward Hornes for himself
saith that the several Goods now produced are
the Property of this Informant
And these Informantsto Stephen Kendrick &
Joseph Collins forth [..]

last Night this Informant & the other Informt
