., taken before Us
two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace further said County
Who being upon Oath saith that between Eleven
and Twelve o'Clock last Night as this Informt
was passing along New Bond Street
he saw
two persons now present who call themselves
Isaac Sleigh< no role >
and Samuel Lilly< no role >
who were
before him [..] this Informant of passed them
and as he passedthenIsaac Sleigh gave him
a Shove & this Informant called him a Blackguard
then Sleigh Shoved him again upon which
this Informant laid hold of him & Shoved & tore
his Shirt at this time this Informant had
a Gold Watch in his fob Pocket and this Informant
saw Sleigh put his hand to this Informants
Pocket & take out his Watch which in taking
out fell upon the pavement he then saw
the said Sleigh stoop & take up his Watch
this Informant further saith that at the time
of his losing his Watch the said Samuel
Lilly was present with the said Sleigh but
upon this Informants calling out for the Watch
the said Lilly went up Bond street
but that
in a Short space he returned back again
