Gin with him this Informant refused but he say'd that
she should for he could not treat her the Night before
because he had no Money. then he pulled out a handfull
Silver & gave her Six pence to buy as much Gin
as would serve them all And this Informant further
saith that the said Woman and Richard Fotterell< no role >
left their Lodgings at her said House Richard upon hearing
that he Robbery had been Cormmitted in the House of

taken it the friday before for a Week Certain

The Information of Sarah Richards
taken [..] before Us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County City &
Liberty

Who being upon Oath saith that the Persons
now present who calls himself Christopher Riley< no role >
in the person charged by this Informant in her
preceeding Information dayed the 30th. Day of
December 1773 On Suspicion of being an
Accomplice with Richard Fotterell & Thomas
Murphy in Robbing her of the Goods and Money
she went mentioned And the Informant
sworn before the saiththat the said Richard Fotterell
was appeared on the 26th. Day of December last
and was Committed On Suspicion of the said
Robbery upon which she Immediately made enquiry
and saught after the said Christopher Riley at
his usual place of abode but found that he and his
Wife were gone away & absconed & the Landlord of
the Howard did not knew where they were gone
