in again & event up Stairs and Stayed till [..] between
Seven and Eight oClock and then they all three went
away together that about Nine oClock the same
Morning this Informant went up Stairs to her
Room & found that the Door had been broke open
the Drawers also Becod open and the Goods and
Money all taken and Carried away but by whom
she doth not know this Informant is certain
that there was no other person or persons went
up or Down the Stairs but herself & the said three
Man from the time she quitted her Room at three
oClock to the time she went up at Nine oClock
& found her Door Broke Open and the Things
taken & Carried away as abovementioned

And this Informant Catherine Archbold< no role > for
herself saith that about Eleven oClock Oath that on Saturday
the 18th. Day of Decemr. instant one Christopher
Riley< no role > came into her Room in the House of the other Informant
with two Men one of whom in the person now present
who calls himself Richard Fotterell< no role > the other she
heard Riley call by the Name of Jones this
Informant having a Wake upon the Death of a Child
the said three Men stayed in her Room still about
three o'Clock when she went to sleep & they was still
there when she awaked between Six & Seven oClock
the Morning they was then there and about seven
o'Clock they went away together

And this Informant Margaret Condey < no role > for herself
saith that she well knows a person her present who
calls himself Richard Fotterell that on Sunday Morng
the Nineteenth day of December instant about nine oClock
he came to her House and went up to a Woman who
is a Lodger in the two Pair of Stairs Room in this
Informants House Upon which she went up to the
said Room and asked him how he came to be out all
Night and he answered that he had been at an Irish
Wake this Informant asked him where & he sayd it
was best known to himself he then asked her to Drink some
