Bricklayer Taken upon Oath before
me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr one of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex this
2nd. Day of December 1774

This Informant upon his Oath saith that he
was employed by Philip Burton< no role > Esqr as a
Bricklayer in his House in Hatton Garden
in the said Parish and that Patrick Flood< no role > was
employed by him this Informant and he did
as he verity believes feloniously take and
carry away one Piece of Leaden Pipe, the
Property of the said Philip Burton< no role > Esqr
which was seen upon him the said Patrick
