Prosecutor in the above Cause Maketh Oath and saith
That about the seventh day of July last he this Deponent was bound by Recognizance
in the Penalty of Forty pounds to prosecute and giver Evidence against the above
named William Waite< no role >
for Felony and this Deponent Saith that he is a Minor and
under the Age of Twenty One Years and that he hath no Goods Chattles Money property
or Effects Whatsoever to Satisfy the penalty of the said Recognizance.
