The Information of William Rutherford< no role >
taken before me this 27th. day of
September 1773

Who being upon Oath says that last Saturday was fortnight in
the Evening two Men were drinking in his house for some time and
went away a little after Candle lighting towards London, that about
ten Minutes or a Quarter of an Hour afterwards one Mr. Strahans
called at his house declaring he had just been robbed on the
Highway, that upon Mr. Strahans describing the Robbert to this
Informant he found that they answered the Description of
the said two Men who had been drinking at his house, and
further Says that he has this day seen in the New Goal.
Southwark two Men who call themselves David Morris< no role > and
William Williams< no role > whom he verily believes to be the
Same two Men that were drinking at his house at the
Time afore mentioned
