apprehended the Person now present who calls
himself Alexander Montgoinery< no role > in the said
Area attempting & endeavoring to Break open
the said House & they took him to the Watch
House where he was Searched in their Presence
& found upon him the Table Cloth and Silver
Tea Spoon now produced which are sworn to
be the Property of the other Informant [..] Husband
Robt. [..] and also the Several Tools & Implement
for House breaking which are now produced were found upon him at
the same time
