was not now in London but that he went out of Town
in a Post Chaise on Monday on a Visit into the County but
to what part they could not tole but believe he will return
to London in about a Week which Information this
Deponent beleives to be true and this Deponent further
saith he believes the said Captain Smyth may be
Subpena'd to give Evidence for the said Robert Johnston< no role >
on the Tryal of the above Indictment at the next Session
