Shillings from this said Accomplices or one of them as his share of
the Money received for the said last mentioned Ropes and Hemp
And this Informant further Saith that Francis Collier< no role > otherwise Tew
and John Clemmock otherwise Perry and this Informant feloniously stole about a
fortnight since from a Ballast Lighter at wapping Dock a Cable
belonging to the said Lighter which Cable this Informant afterwards
the next day sold with another Head fast to the said John Holiday< no role >
for Three Shillings And this Informant further Saith that he recollects
that in November last this Informant the aforesaid John Cole< no role > and
Francis Collier< no role > otherwise Tew feloniously stole from the Cundry [..]
at Execution Dock their Head fasts and afterwards sold them to the
said John Holiday< no role > for Four Shillings which said John Holiday< no role >
this informant has reason to suspect and does suspect did feloniously
buy and receive the said last mentioned Head fasts as will as the
said several Ropes and Hemp mentioned in this Information to
have been sold to him as aforesaid knowing the same to have
been feloniously stolen and that he was encouraged to bring him
what Ropes he could procure and that he would purchase then
and this Informant further saith that some time in October last John Clemmock
otherwise Perry John Cole< no role > and Francis Collier< no role > otherwise Tew went in a Boat
to Hanover Hole Rotherhith where they cut and feloniously stole from the
Rafts of Timber the Ropes whereby the Rafts were fastned and after that
they went to Bell wharf and on board Two Ballast Lighten there and
feloniously stole from the said Lighten Two Cables, and the said John
Clemmock otherwise Perry and this Informant carried all the said last mentioned Ropes to
short a Dealer in old Ropes at Rotherhith Stairs and the same was sold to
him for Fifteen shillings: And that about the latter End of August last
the aforesaid John Clemmock alies Perry and John Cole< no role > and this Informant
feloniously stole the Ropes from many Rafts of Timber at Limehouse hole and
sold them to Little at King James's Stairs And further this
Informant saith that about Three Weeks, since John Cole< no role > Francis
Collier
< no role > otherwise Tew John Clemmock otherwise Tew Perry and this said
Informant feloniously stole from a Cutter andTwoone other Vessels at
Execution Dock the Head fasts and all the other ropes on the Deck of the
said Cutter and Vessel which this Informant afterwards sold to the
aforesaid John Holiday< no role > for Five Shillings and Six Pence
