must have been Committed by same person or persons
who well knew the same and further saith that One
of the persons now present who calls himself William
Lusby had lived with this Informant no a Servant
for [..] about the space of Seven Weeks but that the
said peron then went by the Name of William
Lacey
< no role > and that the said Person had been discharged
before the Commitment of the said Robbery

And this Informant William Bell< no role > for himself
Saith that on Friday night the 19th.Dayof Feburary
last he went to Bed about twelve oClock & well
remembers the House to have been properly secured
& fastened & particularly the Cellar Door next the Street
that about half an hour past five o'Clock the next
Morning he got up & upon coming down stairs he
observed the parlour Door wide open & the Cellar
Door at the head of the Stairs in the inside of the House
broke open and the street Door Open upon which the
Informant went down into the Cellar where he
found a Cash of two penny running to Waste upon the Ground
upon looking further he found the Cellar door next
the Street had been broke open by cutting away the
Wood so that the Dogs which secured the same were
drawn out by which means he [..] the flap of the
Cellar door had been lifted out that the Wood seemed
to have been Cut with a Chissel and this Informant
saw his Mistress the other Informant find the
Chissel now produced in a Tub behind the Street
Door the Informant further saith that the Tankard
now produced [..] the properly of the other Informant
and that the same was in Use in the House the
Evening before the Robbery

And this Informant Thomas Hall< no role > for himself
Saith that on the 20th of February last about 6 o'Clock
in the Eveninga person now present who calls herself
Ann Williams< no role >
he had a pair of Silver Salts now produced
from a young woman whom he believes to be the person
now present who calls herself Arm Williams & pawned
with him in the Name of Elizabeth Smith< no role >
