Who on his Oath Saith that on Sunday
Night last between twelve and One OClock he
together with Francis Dyer< no role >

and James Deverise< no role >
the saidagreed to break into
the Sugar House of [..] Messr. Wacker bath & Co.
in Princes Square the said Francis Dyer< no role >
broke
in [..] at a Window above the Door, and this Informt.
and the said Lang field and Deverise Stood below
while the said Dyer Stole out of the said Sugar
House a Large Quantity of Loaves of Sugar and
threw them out of the Window to the Number of
twenty or there abouts, which they all Assisted in
Carrying Away to the [..] Apartment of Elizabeth

in Church Lane
where this Informant
Lodged, saith that a Portugee in East Smith field
was to give them three Guineas & two Shillings for the Whole
the said Portugee came himself with a Basket
and took Part of the said Sugar away at three
different times at about three Loaves at a time, and
that Francis Dyer< no role >
give him the Rey of the room
to let himself in and out, the remainder of the said
Sugar was Yesterday Seized and taken away
