admitted on Evidence in his Majesty's
behalf against James Monk< no role > William
Lusby
< no role > and Joseph Monk< no role > touching
several Felonys and Burglary's by
them Committed in the City of London
and County of Middlesex taken
before Us two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County City
and Liberty

Who being upon Oath saith that about Eight Months
ago she became acquainted with James Monk< no role > with
when she has Cohabited ever since & thereby got
acquainted with his Brother Joseph Monk< no role > and one
William Lusby this Informant & the said James
Monk
< no role > had a Lodging together in knaves Acre about
the latter end of January when the said James Monk< no role >
Joseph Monk< no role > and William Lasby< no role > brought two
Bundle Containing Table Linen Wearning apparel
two Black [..] Cloak
Shifts and Shirts and two Silver Ten spoons about
two o'Clock in the Morning which they told this
Informant they had Stolen from and Iron mongers in Oxford
Street the two Silver Tea spoons this Informant pawned at the
Corner of Walkers Court for three Shillings in the
Name of Ann Williams< no role > the shift she also pawned
at the same place for three shillings one of the Black
Silk Cloaks was Sold to [..] Jackson a Woman
in Wells Street to whom this Informant was
Indebted for thirty five Shillings and the other pawned at [..] Street the [..] of the things
they carried away in the them [..] carry in the Morning
And this Informant further saith that about
a fortnight after the above transaction between One &
two oClock in the Morning James Monk< no role > Jesent
Monk and William Lusby Came to this Informants
Lodgings in Wine Office Court Fleet Street (where
[..] he had two or three day)
and brought a Quantity of Womens Weaning Apparel
Silver Plate & Mens Cloaths which they told this
Informant they had stolen from one Mr Cooke a Co [..]
plate maker the Corner of Skinner Street Spital field [..]
