for the said County
Who severally being upon Oath say and first
this Informant Thomas Brown< no role >
the Elder for
himself saith that on Saturday Night the 14th
Instant about Nine o'Clock he and his Wife
went to Bed together & when this Informant
went to Bed he had in his Breeches pocket
One Ginnea
[..] Silvertwo Shillings in Silver a
Bad Shilling and a Silver Great that he laid
his Breeches upon a Chair by the bed sides and
when he got up in the Morning which who about
Six oClock he found his Room [..] Wrenched on Open his
Breeches upon the Floor and his Money taken
out of his pocket
And this Informant Catherine Brown< no role >
for herself
saith that she & her Husband on Saturday night
the 14th. Instant went to Bed to gether about Nine
oClock & did not lock the Room door but set a Chair
against it that one John Dever< no role >

Present who is a Servant
to her Husband mights
come into the said Room to leave the Money which
he had earned as a Hackney Coachman
that about
twelve o'Clock the same Night this Informant
heard the said John Dover< no role >
Come into the said Room
& said down Eight Shillings which he had earned
