o'Clock in the Day she was looking out of her
Misstresses One Pair of Stairs Window shew an the
two Persons now present who call themselves John
Jones
< no role > and John Davis< no role > taking the Dust & Rubbish
and out of her Mistress 6 Yard and load it into the
last. and at the same time particularly observed
the said John Jones< no role > . to go29 thos Lad [..] ofthe
Cart without any Load upon his Back and Run his
Hand into the Dust & Rubbish in his least and
the doorit out and cover the hole over with
[..] the said Dust and Rubbish but what he had in
his hand this Informant could not tell he then
waited upon the Cart till the said John Davis< no role >
came out with a Basket of Dust which was
soon after. When they had Emptied the Basket
they returned into the House and about two a Clock
this Informed heard that her Mistress had last
her Watch which hung in the Parlourthis
Informant saith that she is certains there was no
other than the said two persons taking aways
the said Bust and Rubbish

And this Informant David Bynon< no role > for himself
saith that on Saturday last about two o'Clock
the afternoon hew as sent for to the House if Mrs.
Martha Nevile< no role > in Wardour Street & hewent
and took the two Persons now Present John Jones< no role >
and John David< no role > into Custody they being Charged
on Suspicion by Mrs. Nevit of Stealing her Gold
Watchupon which this Informant Directed
theother Informant William Simmons< no role > [..]
Dust in the Cart to be searchedandhis presence
when on searching the same the other Informt
William Simmons< no role > found the Gold Watch now
Produced among the Dust which was in the said
Cart and delivered the same to this Infounant
which Watch's now Sworn to be the property
of the said Martha Naville< no role >
and this Informant William Simmons< no role >
for himself saith that about two o'Clock
