These are to Certify that at the General Delivery of the Gaol of our Lord the King holden at Nottingham in and for the County of
Nottingham On Thursday the Twenty fifth day of July in the Eleventh year of the Reign of our sovereign LordGeorge the
third King of Great Britain Etc Before Sir Thomas Parker< no role > Knight chief Baron of our Lord the King of his Court of Exchequer
George Parrott< no role > Esquire one of Barons of our Said Lord the King of the same Court and others their Fellows Justices of our
said Lord the King assigned to deliver the Gaol for the said County of Nottingham of the prisoners therein being John
Maguiness late of the Parish of Blyth in the County of Nottingham Labourer and John Bagnall< no role > late of the same
place Labourer were according to due Course of Law upon a Certain Indictment duly Exhibited and found against them Tried
for Feloniously and Burglariously breaking and entring he Dwelling House of Frances Bingley< no role > Spinster Situate at the Parish of Blyth aforesaid about the Hour.
Third and Stealing thereout Three Silver Tankards of the value of thirty pounds three Silver Cups of the Value of fifteen pounds
One pair of Silver Candlesticks of the Value of ten pounds three Silver Butter Coats of the Value of three pounds five Silver Salts
of the Value of three pounds one Silver Lemon Strainer of the Value of twenty Shillings one Silver Soup Spoon of the Value of
twenty Shillings Nineteen Silver Table Spoons of the Value of ten pounds one Bank Note of the Value of forty pounds Six
pieces of the Gold Coin of this Realm called Guineas of the Value of Six pounds and Six Shillings one piece of the Gold Coin of this Realm
called on half Guinea of the Value of ten Shillings and Six peace and one piece of Silver Coin of this Realm called a Crown piece of the
Value of five Shillings the Goods Chattels and Monies of the said Frances Bingley And that by a certain Jury of the Country between
our said Lord the King and the said John Maguiness and John Bagnall< no role > in that behalf then and there before the said Justices
of our said Lord the King above named duly taken They the said John Maguiness and John Bagnall< no role > were duly Convicted upon
the Indictment aforesaid of Felony in Stealing the Goods Chattels and Monies mentioned and Specified in the same
Indictment But were found Not Guilty of the Burglary And thereupon they the said John Maguiness and John Bagnall< no role >
were by the Court and Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed Severally Ordered to be Transported to some of his
Majestys Colonies or Plantations in America for the Term of Seven Years Pursuant to the Statute in that Case made and
Provided Given under my hand this twentieth day of October one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two
