The Information of Willm. [..]
[..] Francis< no role > of Wilsdon Green in the
County of Middlesex Gent taken before
me One of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about Eight o'
Clock in the Morning on Monday last he [..] his
Family went out and left no one in the House
that about Six o Clock in the Evening he returned
was then Informed by his Servant he had returned
about two hours before that his House had been
broke Open and Robbed upon which this Informant
examinant his Plate & found that four of his Silver
Table Spoons had been Stolen [..] Informt
having some Cause to suspect one William Spice< no role >
he sent his Servant who apprehended him & upon
this Informants chargeing him with the Tract he
acknowledged it and produced the said four Table
Spoons [..] which were taken away in the manner
abovementioned and which are the same now produced
