me this 30th. day of January 1772

Who being upon Oath Says that he knows Richard Kilmister< no role > Thomas
Green
< no role > & James Welsh< no role > who are common Thieves, Says that last Saturday
Evening the Said Richard Kilmister< no role > and this Informant Stole a
Bundle containing a Quantity of Cawls for Wigs & Fillets and two
pair of Stockings and a pair of Gloves from Mary Brazil now
present in Back Lane Whitechapel , that they both immediately went
to the Bee hive Alehouse in Nightingale Lane where they found a Woman
now present who calls herself Frances Jones< no role > who gave this Informant
the Key of her Lodging, that the Said Richard Kilmister< no role > and this Informant
carried the Said Bundle to the Said Lodging and the Said Frances Jones< no role >
followed them, that the said Bundle was left there until Sunday and then
carried to the said Thomas Greer< no role > This name instance is in set 3660. 's and on Monday the said Thomas Greer< no role > 's
Wife carried the Said Things out and Sold Some of them and that the rest
were carried to a house in Mouse Alley to a Woman who is acquainted with
the Said Thomas Greer< no role > 's Wife, Says that the Stockings taken off
from the Said Richard Kilmister< no role > 's Legs and this Informants are the
Stockings contained in the Said Bundle and Stoler as aforesaidSays
that about a Month ago some Sailors were fighting in the Street near the
Sign of the City of Bristol and gave the Said Richard Kilmister< no role >
their Cloaths to hold that he run away with them and Sold them
Says that about two Months ago one Night about 12 o'Clock the Said
Thomas Greer< no role > and this Informant robbed a Man near Stepney
Church of about six Shillings and a little knife which knife they
threw away, says that about the same Time the said Thomas Green< no role >
and this Informant Stole a pair ofBuckSilver Buckles from
the Son of Mr. Ruberry in Dark house Lane Whilst he was
asleep in the Said Ruberry's house and that they sold the Said
