and from Instructions given by the said James Bolland< no role > either in his own
Hand Writing or verbally, that this Informant door verily belive that the
said James Bolland< no role > afterwards uttered and published the said Bill of Exchange
purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of William Perryn< no role > upon this Informant
to Matthew Haines< no role > as true Knowing it to be falsely made forged and counterfeited
with Intention to defraud the said Matthew Haines< no role > , for that this Informant
has since been arrested by the said Matthew Haines< no role > as being the Acceptor
of the said Bill of Exchange. And this Informant further says that
the said James Bolland< no role > hath at different Times drawn several Bills
of Exchange in the Names of different persons upon this Informant
for different Sums some of which Bills have been taken up and paid by
this Informant and other as this Informant does verily believe are now
in the hands of different persons having been published as true by the
said Bolland knowing the same to be falsely made forged and counterfeited
with Intention to defraud his Majesty's Subjects, and this Informant
further says that the said Robert Storer< no role > by the Direction and in the
Presence of the said James Bolland< no role > signed the Hame William Perryn< no role >
to the said first mentioned Bill of Exchange at this Informants
house in Oxford Street before it was so accepted by the said
Samuel Pritchard< no role > this Informant,
