who being upon Oath say and first the said Alexander Hay< no role >
for
himself says that on Tuesday last he left two Trunks containing a
pair of Boots two Swords some Shirts Waistcoats a Snuff Box a Regimental
Coat and Waistcoat with Buttons on them Figured 7 & other thingsand the
said Alex Joseph G [..]
at Brown's Wharf
in the Care of Mr. Harrison's Book
keeper and desired him to put them into his Warehouse, and the said
Joseph Goodman Morley< no role >
for himself says that on Thursday Night last the warehouse
of the said Mr. Harrison at Brown's Wharf
was broke open and one of
the said Trunks with its Contents stolen and the other Trunk broke open
and part of the things taken out, and the said Percival Philips< no role >
says that
he found a pair of Boots four Waistcoats a White Counterpane a pair of
Drawers a Neckcloth a Handkerchief in a Room up two pair of Stairs at the
Dolphin in Darkhouse Lane
which he is told and verily believes is the
Bed Chamber of Hewbury the Landlord of the said house and that he
found an Iron hook and a Button marked now produced in the Pocket of a person now present
who calls himself John Castle< no role >
, and the said John Heley< no role >
for himself says
that he found a Waistcoat a pair of Shoes a pair of Breeches a
Shirt and other things now produced in the Cellar at the Dolphin aforesaid
and that he found a Snuff Box now produced in the Pocket of the said John
Castle< no role >
and that he found two Swords now produced in the said two pair of
Stairs Room at the Dolphin aforesaid under Bed, and the Said Alexander
Hay< no role >
further says that all the things above mentioned produced by the
said John Heley< no role >
& Percival Philips< no role >
are his property & are the Same
things which were left in his Trunks at Brown's Wharf
as aforesaid
