The Information of Thomas Lee< no role > of the Parish of
Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex
Carman Carpenter taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County this
8th. day of September 1771 .

This Informant Maketh Oath and Saith that this morning there
was feloniously stolen taken and carried away from out of his
Breeches Pocket One half Guinea One Shilling One Six Pence
and four half pence his money And that he has a violent suspicion
that William Vollard< no role > did feloniously steel take and carry away the
said money he having confessed and acknowledged the same and
offered to procure a Person to reimburse this Informant if he
would decline prosecuting the said William Vollard< no role > for the
said Felony.
