The Information of Ann Brooks< no role > taken before
me this 14th. day of August 1771

Who being upon Oath says that she found a Number of Papers in a Bag
in a Chest of Drawers in the Apartment of one Alice Lutterel< no role > who formerly
lodged with this Informant and left her said Apartment about 5 or 6 Years
age, that among the said Papers she found a Paper which she believes to be the Paper now produced
purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sir Andrew Chadwick< no role > of
the Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex dated the third day of July 1762
