taken before me this 9th. day of
August 1771

Who being upon Oath says that on Monday last two persons now
present who call themselves Matthew Martin< no role > and Edward Burch< no role >
brought and delivered to this Informant at the Fountain Alehouse
in Broad Street Carnaby Market a Will now produced purporting
to be the last Will and Testament of Sir Andrew Chadwick< no role > of the
Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex Knt . dated the third day of July one thousand seven
hundred and sixty two and that they told this Informant that a
person now present who calls herself Ann Brooks< no role > had delivered
the Said Will to them which he has since heard the said Ann
Brooks< no role > acknowledge
