Who being upon Oath say and first the said Mary Isaac< no role >
Says that
on Monday last several Shifts Gowns Aprons Caps Handkerchiefs and other
things this Informants's property were stolen out of the house of Mrs. Hamilton
in Delahaire Street
, and the said Bridget Dillon< no role >
for herself says that on the
said Monday she saw Thomas Herbert< no role >
with two Bags which Seemed to be full
of Cloaths on the Tops of the Said Mrs. Hamiltons house and an empty house
adjoining to it that she went to Mrs. Hamilton's & told the Said Mary Isaac
that she had Seen, the she Soon afterwards saw the said Thomas Herbert< no role >
at the Door of the said empty house that he run down the Street and on
the Cry of Stop Thief being made he dropped the said two Bags of Cloaths
which the said Mary Isaac has since owned, and the Said Sarah Bates< no role >
for herself says that she also saw the said Thomas Herbert< no role >
drop the
said Bags of Cloaths and run away
