Lane they heard a Noise Upon which they went
into the Court& at the Top of the Courtthey saw
the other Informant John Heathman< no role > & the said
Thos. Williams< no role > togetherthe said Thomas
Williams
< no role > first Charged the said John Heathman< no role >
with Attempting to Commit Buggery upon him
and repeated the Charge several times and then &
not till then the said John Heathman< no role > Charged
the said Thomas Williams< no role > with Stealing his
Watch Upon which they searched the said Thomas

Searched the Court but did not find any Watch

This Information of John Evans< no role > taken as
before mentioned

Who being upon Oath saith that he lives in
Bishops head Ct. Grays Inn Lane & last Night abt.
11' o' Clock he was in Bed & he heard some Words &
on Oath at the Upper End of the Court upon which
he got up to his Window & he saw the Watchman
Rave hold of a Person now Present who calls himself
Thos. Williams< no role > & searching him then brought
him Past this Informants Door soon after he
heard some person coming up his Stairs he
went of his Room & met the Person now Present
who calls himself John Heathman< no role > near the Top
of the Stairs. this Informant Questioned him what
Business he had there & he answered he came for
Assistance & that he had lost his Watchthe saw
