of his Lodging room that he heard the Cry of Stop thief that he said
two short men in dark Cloaths run off. says that a few minutes before
he heard the Cry of Stop thief he saw two Women & three men Loitering
about in a Suspicions manner & that one of them Shook his Pocketwhich
in which this Informant believes were a Quantity of half pence And
this Informant further says he doth verily believes and Suspect that a
Person now Present who calls himself John Knott< no role >
is one of the
Persons who was Loitering about and ran off as aforesaid
