Who being upon oath severally say and first the said Samuel
Vincent< no role >
for himself that on Wednesday night the 3rd. of July
Instant between the hours of 11 & 12 his house situate in Bennet
Street in the Parish of Saint Pancras was feloniously & Burglare-
-ously broke open and two Suits of Cloaths the Lease of his
house and a Quantity of Half pence was feloniously taken
and carried away, and the said William Redwood< no role >
for himself says
that as he was Passing by the house of the said Mr. Vincent on the Wednesday
night aforesaid about 20 minutes before 12 o Clock,thathe there
saw a Person now Present who calls himself John Knott< no role >
in Com-
pany with another Man dressed in dark Cloaths standing close
to the Shutters of the house of the said Vincent, that this Informant
about 5 minutes after he pass'd them heard Cry of Stop thief
and was Informed Mr. Vincent house was broke open, and the
said Thomas Uphill< no role >
for himself says that within a quarter of
an hour of twelve o Clock on the Wednesday night aforesaid he saw
a Person now Present who calls himself Mary Abingdon< no role >
and
one Frances Palmer< no role >
together with a Man dressed in White Cloaths
Standing neartheMr. Vincent house aforesaid, and the said
Thomas Belt< no role >
for himself says that he lives near Mr. Vincents
aforesaid that about 7 o Clock the Morning after Mr. Vincents house was broke
open he saw a Person now Present who calls herself Mary Ab-
-ingdon carry out of her Lodgings a Bundle of things in her
Apron concealed, and the said Samuel Ludlow< no role >

he lives near Mr. Vincents house aforesaid that just before 12 o Clock
on the Wednesday night aforesaid he was looking out of the Window
