went together to a Public House near Grosvenor
Square but does not Know the Name of the Street nor
the Sign where this Informant Broke Open the
Front Window Shutters on the Ground Floor lifted
up the Sash and Benjamin Murphy< no role > got in & Opened
a the StreetDoor which leads into a Coach Yard this
Informant went into the Bar & Broke Open a
Cupboard & took from thence a Silver Tea Spoon now
Produced which Spoon was Broke by this Informant
found Nothing else [..] there he then Broke Open
the Till where he found & took about Sixteen pence
in half pence finding nothing else of any Value he
Came out at the same Door he went in & Shut it after him
where he found Benjn. Murphy< no role > who had been Watching
while this Informant was in the House
And this Informant further saith that
Immediately after the last Robbery he & Benjamin
Murphy
< no role > went into a Street near the Fields towards
Mary Le Bone where this Informant seeing a
House withtheOne Parler Window not Shut he got upon
the Rails & lifted up the Sash Benjamin Murphy< no role >
got upon the Rails in Order to get in as he had told
this Informant he would but not see him this Informant as People
were begining to be about at that time sat down upon
a Bench near the said House to Watch giving as
little Suspicion as Possible in a very short time
after Benjn. Murphy< no role > Joined this InformantAn
alarm was given upon which Benjamin Murphy< no role >
being pursued this Informant Dropped the Tea
Spoon now Produced Under the Bench where he
was sittingBenjamin Murphy< no role > was taken the first
& Immediately after this Informant was taken
near the Place where he had been sitting
