Crossed the way and went to the said Man & the said
William Jackson< no role > followed him saith that the said John
Suttle
< no role > or William Jackson< no role > knocked the said Man down
and one of them ( [..] he believes John Suttle< no role > ) fired a Pistol at him) [..]
and then they all ran away he this Informant the said William
Jackson
< no role > John Suttle< no role > and Charles Collogan< no role > otherwise Gollogan< no role >
to their said Lodgings at Hannah Carr< no role > s in Church Lane
[..] and came there about three O Clock in the Morning and
the said Charles Earls went to his Lodgings on Salt Petre
Bank as the believes

And lastly this Informant saith that he together with one
William Marshall< no role > and the aboved Named Charles Collogan< no role >
otherwise Gollogan< no role > about five Months ago broke open
a House in Saint Catherine and took and carried away
therefrom two Stone or Diamond Gold Rings one pair of Silver Buckles
one Silver, Tea Spoon four unDressed [..] Mens Hatts one Hatt
with a Gold Button and loop and one plain Halfwhich
said last mentioned things (except the said Rings) the said William Marshall< no role > sold to
one Joseph Lyons< no role > a Jew in Back Lane for thirty six Shilling the
next Morning, saith that he believes the said William Marshall< no role >
kept the Rings as he did not Account to He this Informant
nor the said Charles Collogan< no role > otherwise Gollogan< no role > for the same
