for herself saith
that she was at the House of Catherine Ellis< no role >
in Suffolk Street
on Sunday Night last with
Thomas Price< no role >
Richd. Butcher< no role >
John Haines< no role >
& Benjn. Isaacs< no role >
and about One o'Clock in the
Morning the said four Men went out together
this Informant went to Bed and cannot tell at
what hour they returned back but about Six o'
Clock in the Morning the Constables came to
the above House & apprehended Richd. Butcher< no role >

made his Escape
over the Houses And this Informant Thomas
Hesketh< no role >
for himself saith that he was at
the House of Catherine Ellis< no role >
on Sunday Night
last with Thomas Price< no role >
Richard Butcher< no role >

& about One o'Clock
the said four Men went out together this Informt.
Went to Bed and about 4 'o Clock in the Morning
he was awaked by Men Coming into his Room
is certain that Butcher was one of than that
about 6' o Clock in the Morning the Constables
came and apprehended John Haines< no role >
& Richard

made his Escape over the Houses
This Informant was also taken into Custody with
them
