& Phillip Fisher< no role > taken before me One of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County.

Who being severally upon Oath jointly say that
on Monday Morning last about 3 o' Clock these
Informants were present when Ezekiel Miller< no role >
apprehended Benjamin Isaacs< no role > & saw him
searched & a Salt Spoon taken out of his Pocket
about half an hour afterwards they discovered
the Silver plate & Boxes now produced hid under
a Bottle Rack near to the Place were the said
Benjamin Isaacs< no role > was apprehended
